Preload not starting?
It isn’t November 10 where you are yet
PS5 waits for your local midnight on November 10. Xbox opens at 12:00 AM GMT for everyone, which is the afternoon or evening of November 9 in the Americas.
You bought a physical copy
The Standard box holds a download code, not a disc. Redeem it on the account you play on; the preload can start after that. Retailers expect stock from November 12.
Not enough storage
The preload needs up to 212 GB depending on your console. Use the checker above, then delete or move finished games to free space.
Wrong account or region
The preorder must be on the same console account and store region you are signed in with. Check your game library on that account.
